Gold Orbit respects user privacy and business data security. This Privacy Policy explains how Gold Orbit collects, uses, stores, and protects information when users access the Gold Orbit application.
In the current version, Gold Orbit does not collect location data, contact list, biometric data, health data, or advertising tracking data.
Gold Orbit uses information to provide account access, enable ERP functionality, store business records, generate reports, maintain application security, improve system performance, provide user support, prevent misuse or unauthorized access, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
User business data belongs to the user. Gold Orbit does not claim ownership over user business records and stores or processes such data only to operate the application, provide support, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations.
User data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Security measures may include HTTPS / TLS encryption, password hashing, secure API authentication, access control, session management, verification links, server and database security controls, backup and recovery measures, and admin access control.
No digital system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but Gold Orbit takes reasonable steps to protect user data.
Gold Orbit does not sell user data. User data may be shared only with infrastructure or technical service providers required to operate the application, with legal authorities where required by applicable law, or to protect Gold Orbit, users, or the system from fraud, misuse, illegal activity, or security threats.
Gold Orbit may use third-party services for hosting, gold price display, communication, support, security, and technical infrastructure. Such providers may process limited data only as required to provide their services.
User data is stored while the account remains active. After account deletion or deactivation, data may be retained for a limited period for recovery, audit, legal, security, or compliance reasons. Certain business or financial records may be retained longer where required by law or legitimate business requirements.

Users may request account deletion by contacting support or using an available in-app process. After deletion, data will be removed according to the applicable retention policy.
Gold Orbit is intended for users aged 18 years and above. Gold Orbit does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Gold Orbit may disclose information if required by law, court order, government authority, regulator, or competent legal process.
